1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LReasy (the "Service"), operated via lreasy.com and associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and LReasy ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

LReasy is a digital transport management platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage transport documents (bilties/LR, invoices, quotations, challans, memos, etc.)
  • Maintain party, truck, driver, and supplier records
  • Track accounts, ledgers, cash and bank passbook
  • Generate professional PDF documents
  • Access business reports and analytics
  • Share documents via WhatsApp and other channels

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register
  • You must verify your identity via OTP (One-Time Password)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate company and business information
  • One account per company; multiple users may be supported under Enterprise plans
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 15-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

4.2 Paid Plans

  • Professional Plan: Annual subscription at the price displayed on our pricing page
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on requirements
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

4.3 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets
  • Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise specified

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your subscription expires and can choose to renew manually.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to transport and logistics
  • Ensure the accuracy of all data you enter (GST numbers, party details, financial figures)
  • Not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on the Service
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST regulations, the Motor Vehicles Act, and the Carriage by Road Act

6. Document Accuracy and Compliance

Important: LReasy provides tools to create transport documents. However:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents created
  • LReasy does not verify GST numbers, PAN numbers, or other regulatory details you enter
  • Documents generated are based on information you provide; we are not liable for errors in your data
  • You must ensure compliance with applicable GST laws, transport regulations, and e-way bill requirements
  • LReasy is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice

7. Intellectual Property

  • The LReasy platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is our intellectual property
  • You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service
  • You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LReasy, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to internet connectivity, server failures, or force majeure events
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • LReasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, or legal issues arising from documents you create

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Create fraudulent documents
  • Attempt to harm the Service or other users
  • Fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@lreasy.com.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan
  • We encourage resolving disputes through mutual discussion before legal proceedings

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify users via the app or email.
